I shared a while ago now Peanut Butter Cookies, which my kids love however as they both go to nut free schools they can’t take them to school. So, as a substitute I started making them as a lunchbox treat with tahini instead of peanut butter.
They are super quick, easy, tasty and made with just 4 ingredients.

I totally love having a cup of tea, coffee or hot chocolate with a biscuit that is firm enough to dunk into the tea. Especially in winter.
These biscuits are very similar consistency to my Citrus Crunch biscuits but I do roll it thicker, so they are not as crunchy. They are not overly chocolate in flavour but have a slight hint. They make a create base for cream fillings or chocolate tops. They are also not overly sweet either, but if you prefer you can cut out the sugar completely. Continue reading Chocolate Crunch
These crinkle cookies are an absolute favourite with everyone that has tried them. They taste like a heavier version of a french macaroon or a lighter version of a coconut macaroon. There is a difference, and if you eat both, you will know what I mean. I do also make coconut macaroons and will be sharing that recipe as well one of these days, so you will know what I mean.

I have a collection of different flavour combinations of these crinkle cookies. Yes, they have a lot of icing sugar in them, but hey there are so many foods I cannot eat that I love a little indulgence every now and again. Having said that, I am excited to finally share with you one of my favourite citrus versions of these cookies. I do love my citrus! You have probably worked that out by now. This is a revised recipe, well not revised, as I like prefer the other version (click here for Choc Chunk Cookies) as I like dense cookies, but this version is a softer more crumbly type of cookie. My kids LOVE this version.

The combination of chocolate and orange to me is one of the best flavours. This is the same basic recipe as my other crinkles. As previously mentioned I have loads of different flavour combinations of these crinkle cookies, so I will eventually get through all of the flavours. Continue reading Jaffa Crinkle Cookies
This is another cookie that I grew up eating. I loved walking in from school when I was a kid to the sweet smell of rock cakes.
I’m not sure why they are called rock cakes, but I guess it’s because they are rough looking and a harder style cookie.

While I’m on the corn flake recipes, I thought I would also share my corn flake cookies. Now, I can’t taste them, because as you know corn is a cross-reactor for me, but my family and friends tell them these are spectacularly good. Continue reading Corn Flake Cookies
I have already shared with you a hazelnut crinkle cookie and mentioned that I had a lot of different flavours and variations to the basic recipe. This is one of them. Continue reading Nutella Crinkle Cookies
I have been working on revising my recipes over the year, I originally reduced the sugar and egg whites used in this recipe, but decided to edit the recipe to include more sugar and more eggs so that the recipe made more cookies.
